Our Story
On their first date, Murphy walked Traci to her door, and wanted to show her just how good the date had gone. He longed to kiss her, but seeing Traci still had her mask fully in place, instead asked if he could give her a hug. To which Traci replied, "I was hoping for a kiss..." and only then removed her mask indicating she was willing to risk COVID for the sake of love.
Sparks flew in their shared embrace, and in that moment of history starved for human connection, a passing car laid on the horn celebrating the display of affection.
Traci and Murphy's love and marriage are reflected in this first meeting. In the darkest of times, we choose love and connection, we choose to build families and hope for the future. And just like the honking driver, when you share love openly, those around you are all too happy to celebrate with you. Traci and Murphy are honored to share with you this celebration of love, connection, hope, and family.
